Description Abstract
Anemia is one of the indirect causes of death in pregnant women. The highest prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is in Southeast Asia. The purpose of this literature review is to find out the effect of giving red guava and Fe tablets to hemoglobin levels in pregnant women trimester II-III 2020. Design: Data sourced from Google Scholar, Sinta Indonesia, Pubmed, and Mendeley, amounting to 11 articles from 2010-2020. Data analysis was performed narratively and descriptively in tabular form. The results stated that the provision of red guava juice and Fe tablets can increase Hb levels in pregnant women. because the content of vitamin C contained in red guava helps in the process of absorption of Fe tablets so that it affects the Hb levels of pregnant women. Conclusion: Provision of red guava and Fe tablets on hemoglobin levels in trimester II-III pregnant women has increased in the hope that pregnant women can avoid anemia which can cause postpartum hemorrhage.

Abstrak
Anemia salah satu penyebab kematian tidak langsung pada ibu hamil. Prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil tertinggi berada pada Asia Tenggara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jambu biji merah dan tablet Fe terhadap kadar Hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester II-III tahun 2020. Desain Penelitian adalah Literature Review pencarian data bersumber dari Google Scholar, Sinta Indonesia, Pubmed, dan Mendeley yang berjumlah 11 artikel dari tahun 2010-2020. Analisis data dilakukan secara naratif dan deskriptif dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa dengan pemberian jus jambu biji merah dan tablet Fe dapat meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil. karena kandungan vitamin C yang terkandung dalam jambu biji merah membantu dalam proses absorbsi tablet Fe sehingga mempengaruhi kadar Hb ibu hamil. Kesimpulan adalah Pemberian jambu biji merah dan tablet Fe terhadap kadar Hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester II-III mengalami peningkatan dengan harapan ibu hamil dapat terhindar dari anemia yang dapat menyebabkan perdarahan pasca persalinan.
