The budget deficits is a problem of modern economies. The article is devoted to the study of budgetary powers of the chief administrator and administrator of sources of financing the budget deficit. The author analyzed the sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget of Russia. The main sources are instruments of internal financing of the budget deficit.
Регулирование бюджетных дефицитов является актуальной, сложной государственной проблемой. Статья посвящена исследованию бюджетных полномочий главного администратора и администратора источников финансирования дефицита бюджета. На основе анализа структуры источников финансирования дефицита федерального бюджета России показано, что основными источниками являются инструменты внутреннего финансирования дефицита бюджета. Автор выделил 8 критериев при классификации дефицита бюджета. |
