Description AbstrakUntuk menjadi ustadz yang teladan harus memiliki seperangkat kompetensi. Hal ini mengakibatkan pihak dari Pondok Pesantren Wahid Hasyim kesulitan untuk menemukan kandidat ustadz teladan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis perbandingan pada metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam pemilihan ustadz teladan pada Pondok Pesantren Wahid Hasyim Yogyakarta. Analisis yang digunakan dalam perbandingan dua metode ini adalah analisis sensitivitas. Analisis sesitivitas dilakukan pada 10 kali percobaan dengan menaikan bobot kriteria yang berbeda. Hasil proses analisis sensitivitas dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode TOPSIS memiliki kecenderungan nilai presentase sensitifitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode SAW. Pada metode TOPSIS menghasilkan perubahan rangking sebanyak 27.002 dan presentase perubahan rangking sebesar 41.613%. Sedangkan metode SAW memiliki perubahan rangking sebanyak 19.003 dan presentase perubahan rangking sebesar 32.062%. Sehingga pengambilan keputusan yang relevan dalam pemilihan ustadz teladan pada Pondok Pesantren Wahid Hasyim Yogyakarta dapat dilakukan dengan Metode TOPSIS.Kata kunci: Analisis Sensitivitas, SAW, TOPSIS, Ustadz Teladan Abstract[A Comparison Analysis of Sensitivity Using SAW and TOPSIS Method in The Election of Ustadz Model in The Muslim Boarding School Wahid Hasyim] To be an exemplary religious teacher, he must have the competency to be appointed. Wahid Hasyim Islamic Boarding School is having trouble finding exemplary religious teacher candidates. This study aims to analyze the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Techniques for Others Reference to Similarities with Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS) in the selection of exemplary religious teachers at Wahid Hasyim Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta. The analysis used in the comparison of these two methods is sensitivity analysis. The sensitivity analysis was carried out on 10 trials by raising the weight of different criteria. The sensitivity analysis method in this study shows that the TOPSIS method has a higher sensitivity value than the SAW method. The TOPSIS method produces a change in rank of 27,002 and the percentage change in rank of 41,613%. While the SAW method has a ranking change of 19,003 and the percentage change in rank of 32,062%. Related to relevant decision-makers in the selection of exemplary teachers at Wahid Hasyim Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta can be done with the TOPSIS Method.Keywords: Sensitivity Analysis, SAW, TOPSIS, Ustadz Model
