Description Abstrak: Pelatihan ini bertujuan guna membagikan ilmu kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan semangat jiwa kepemimpinan untuk membantu pihak terkait dalam mempersiapkan dirinya belajar memimpin mitra kerjanya agar bersemangat dalam mewujudkan tujuan bersama perusahaan. Metode pelatihan menggunakan strategi Community Development demi meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan dari anggota 'community' Kelompok Mitra Ojek Online. Tahap pengabdian ini dilakukan analisa terhadap isu-isu yang terjadi di masyarakat kemudian dilakukan wawancara awal kepada pihak manajemen gojek dan beberapa pihak ojek online kemudia dilakukan training dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan atau sosialisasi dan ada sesi tanya jawabnya berlaku dua arah. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa semangat kepemimpinan dan wirausaha mitra ojek online meningkat setelah diberikan semangat motivasi oleh pemateri dengan ditunjukkan oleh antusiasme mereka dalam menceritakan masalah yang dihadapi selama tetap bekerja pada masa Work From Home (WFH ).
Abstract: This training aims to share leadership and entrepreneurship through training related to improving the spirit of leadership to help related parties in preparing themselves to learn to lead their partners to be passionate in realizing the company's common goals. The training method uses Community Development strategies to improve the quality of life of members of the 'community' of Ojek Online Partner Group. This level of devotion is carried out an analysis on issues that occur in the community then conducted initial interviews to gojek management and some online ojek parties then carried out training using counseling or socialization methods and there was a question and answer session in both directions. The results of this devotion show that the spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship of online motorcycle taxi partners increased after being given a spirit of motivation by the presenters by being shown by their enthusiasm in telling the problems faced while still working during the Work From Home (WFH) period.
