This article uses SWOT analysis to develop a conceptual model for the development of customs administration and assess its potential in the territory of the Eurasian economic Union. The role of electronic customs in the process of creating an ecosystem of digital transport and logistics corridors of the Eurasian economic Union is revealed. The article provides a rationale for using digital technologies to optimize transportation and realize the transit potential of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union and identifies key areas for improving customs administration.
В данной статье на основе SWOT-анализа разработана концептуальная модель развития таможенного администрирования и произведена оценка его потенциала на территории Евразийского экономического союза. Раскрыта роль электронной таможни в процессе создания экосистемы цифровых транспортно-логистических коридоров Евразийского экономического союза. Дано обоснование использования цифровых технологий для оптимизации транспортировки и реализации транзитного потенциала государств-членов Евразийского экономического союза и определены ключевые направления совершенствования таможенного администрирования. |
