This article provides a detailed analysis of judicial practice in cases of administrative offenses and criminal cases regarding the illegal movement of timber from group 44 according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign trade activities of the EAEU. There are two blocks of problematic issues related to the violation of the registration of shipping documents by participants in foreign economic activity exporting timber that require attention from the customs authorities.
В данной статье приводится разбор судебной практики по делам об административных правонарушениях и уголовных делах в части незаконного перемещения лесоматериалов 44 группы ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС. Выделяются два блока проблемных вопросов, связанных с нарушением оформления товаросопроводительной документации участниками внешнеэкономической деятельности экспортирующими лесоматериалы требующие внимания со стороны таможенных органов. |
