This article analyzes the changes in the customs sphere, trends in the development of the market for the provision of near-customs services in the context of digitalization of customs administration, changes in the legal regulation of the institution of an authorized economic operator, applies the strategic planning method SWOT analysis, which allowed us to assess the development potential of the institution of authorized economic operators territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
В данной статье произведен анализ изменений, происходящих в таможенной сфере, тенденций развития рынка оказания околотаможенных услуг в условиях цифровизации таможенного администрирования, изменений правового регулирования института уполномоченного экономического оператора, применен метод стратегического планирования SWOT-анализ, который позволил оценить потенциал развития института уполномоченных экономических операторов на территории Евразийского экономического союза. |
