Description Tuberculosis is common worldwide and in endemic in India. Musculoskeletal tuberculosis, involving spine and other joints is seen in 1% to 3% of patients with tuberculosis. The disease has varied clinical presentation & lack of charateristic radiographic findings leading to delayed diagnosis and treatment. Early confirmed diagnosis & proper medical treatment are essential for control of the disease. This review article based on the recent literature review discuss the clinical presentation, diagnosis and management of osteoarticular tuberculosis.
