Description The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational factors, compensation and work environment on the performance of BMT Salam employees and the most dominant factor in influencing employee performance at BMT Salam. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. In accordance with the purpose of this study, the sample used was employees at Salam 35 BMT employees. From the t test results it is known that organizational commitment and work environment does not significantly influence employee performance while work compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.
