Description The objectives of this study are: (1). Improving Critical Thinking Skills of students in line material (2) Increasing students' activeness in the line material. The research subjects were teachers and students of class XI-IPA 3 of SMAN 2 Sampang. The results showed that (1) Critical Thinking Skills for students in each cycle increased, which was marked by an increase in the percentage of learning completeness in the first cycle of 63.64% increasing in the second cycle to 86.36%. This shows that there is an increase in Critical Thinking Skills of students because the questions given are a matter of the category of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). (2) Students are more active in their learning activities so that learning is more student-centered (student oriented). This is indicated by the increasing percentage of students' activeness in the first cycle of 71.18%, increasing in the second cycle to 90.97%.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1). Meningkatkan Critical Thinking Skills peserta didik pada materi barisan (2) Meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik pada materi barisan. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas XI-IPA 3 SMAN 2 Sampang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Critical Thinking Skills peserta didik pada tiap siklus terjadi peningkatan, yaitu dengan ditandai meningkatnya persentase ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 63,64% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 86,36%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan Critical Thinking Skills peserta didik karena soal-soal yang diberikan merupakan soal berkategori soal HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). (2) Peserta didik.lebih aktif dalam kegiatan belajarnya sehingga pembelajaran lebih berpusat pada siswa (student oriented). Hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya persentase nilai keaktifan peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 71,18% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90,97%.
