Description The research, whose result originated the writing of this scientific work, had as its purpose the elaboration of a strategy aimed at elevating the methodological preparation of professors of the Technical University of Babahoyo, for the fulfillment of that objective were used methods of the theoretical level and the Level of scientific research, as well as mathematical and statistical methods. In the research, whose main result was published in this article, results were reached, methodologically tending to positively modify the methodological preparation of the studied faculty, arriving at conclusions that can condition the elevation of the professional competences of the educators studied, To provide them with tools that concretely tend to facilitate the pedagogical direction of the teaching – learning process.
La investigación, cuyo resultado originó la escritura de esta obra científica, tuvo por finalidad la elaboración de una estrategia dirigida a elevación la preparación metodológica de profesores de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, para el cumplimiento de ese objetivo se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico y del nivel empíricos de la investigación científica, así como métodos matemáticos y estadísticos. En la investigación, cuyo resultado principal se pública en este artículo, se alcanzaron resultados, que metodológicamente tienden a modificar positivamente la preparación metodológica del claustro estudiado, arribándose a conclusiones que pueden condicionar la elevación de las competencias profesionales de los educadores objeto de estudios, al proporcionarles herramientas que concretamente tienden a facilitar la dirección pedagógica del proceso de enseñanza– aprendizaje.
