Description The objective of this work was to quantify the nutrients exported by apple fruits harvested in orchards with different productivities and regions. From the mineral content of N, P, Ca, K and Mg determined in flesh of fruits harvested in the 2017/2018 growing season in ‘Gala’ and ‘Fuji’ cultivars in the regions of São Joaquim (SC) and Fraiburgo (SC), it was estimated the export of nutrients in orchards with yields of 10 to 80t ha-1. All the mineral contents analysed in the two cultivars and in the two regions remained within the adequate values for the two producer regions. The results show that the export difference between the cultivars is not very expressive, as well as the differences between regions, and it is possible to adopt average values for the cultivars and regions.
O objetivo deste trabalho foi quantificar os nutrientes exportados pelos frutos de maçã, em pomares com diferentes produtividades e regiões. A partir das análises dos teores minerais (N, P, Ca, K e Mg), determinadas na safra 2017/2018 em cultivares ‘Gala’ e ‘Fuji’ nas regiões de São Joaquim e Fraiburgo, estimou-se a exportação de nutrientes em pomares com produtividades de 10 a 80t ha-1. Todos os teores minerais analisados nas duas cultivares e nas duas regiões, mantiveram-se dentro dos valores adequados para as duas regiões produtoras. Os resultados mostram que a diferença de exportação entre as cultivares é pouco expressiva, assim como as diferenças entre regiões, podendo-se adotar valores médios para as cultivares e regiões.
