Description Oral lichen planus is one of the most common oral mucosal lesions in adults and it has been rarely described in children also. There is data in the literature regarding oral lichen planus in children. In this paper we reported a case of intraoral lesions of lichen planus in a paediatric patient. Lichen planus should be considered in the differential diagnosis of hyperkeratotic or erosive lesions of the oral mucosa in children.
