Description This paper reports the findings of an experiment with a quasi experiment design in the form of nonequivalent control group design which aims to analyze the application of the treffinger learning model to improve students' creative mathematical thinking skills. The subject of this research was students from the eighth grade in a Public Middle School in Bandung. student observation and teacher and a set of creative thinking tests. Data from the observation sheet were analyzed descriptively and the test results were analyzed by t test. The study found that 1) the activity of students and teachers during the implementation of the Treffinger learning model was carried out very well and conducively, 2) the ability of mathematical creative thinking of students who received mathematics learning using the Treffinger learning model was better than students who obtained conventional learning.
