Description Abstrak Tujuan dari Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah; pertama pembentukan kelompok usaha rono tapa (teri panggang); kedua memberikan sentuhan teknologi dalam pembuatan rono tapa (teri panggang). Metode atau pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah melalui penyuluhan dalam bentuk ceramah, pembuatan alat panggang, serta demo peralatan rono tapa (teri panggang). Hasil pemecahan permasalahan; pertama pengabdi mengaktifkan kembali kelompok yang sudah terbentuk dengan membaginya menjadi tiga kelompok; kedua pengabdi memberikan penyuluhan tentang manajemen usaha dari aspek produksi, pemasaran, keuangan, serta manajemen sumber daya manusia, ketiga pengabdi memberikan penyuluhan mengenai sentuhan teknologi tepat guna dalam proses produksi rono tapa dengan melibatkan orang teknik (laboran teknik) untuk merancang suatu alat panggang/pengasapan rono tapa (teri panggang) dengan kualitas yang baik dan lebih higenis. Pemasaran hasil usaha rono tapa (teri panggang) pengabdi melibatkan pihak dari dinas perindustrian dan koperasi untuk mencarikan solusi kebijakan dalam pemasaran rono tapa(teri panggang). Akhirnya apa yang menjadi target khusus pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dapat tercapai dalam hal; pemberian pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang arti pentingnya usaha berkelompok, berusaha dengan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip manajemen, serta pemahaman tentang arti pentingnya sentuhan teknologi dalam berusaha (perpaduan cara tradisional dan cara modern) sehingga daya tahan produk rono tapa (teri panggang) lebih dan lebih lama. Kata Kunci: Program Kemitraan Masyarakat, Rono Tapa (Teri Panggang)   Abstract The objectives of the Community Partnership Program are; the first was the establishment of the rono tapa (grilled anchovies) business group; the second provides a touch of technology in making rono tapa (grilled anchovies). The method or approach taken to achieve these goals is through counseling in the form of lectures, making grilled tools, and demonstration of rono tapa equipment (grilled anchovies). The results of problem solving; first, the servants reactivate the groups that have been formed by dividing them into three groups; second, the service provided counseling on business management from the aspects of production, marketing, finance, and human resource management, the third service provided counseling on the touch of appropriate technology in the process of production of rono tapa by involving technical persons (laboratory assistants) to design a roast / fumigation tool rono tapa (grilled anchovies) with good quality and more hygienic. Marketing of the results of the business of rono tapa (grilled anchovies) servants involve parties from the industry service and cooperatives to find policy solutions in marketing of rono tapa (grilled anchovies). Finally, what is specifically targeted at the Community Partnership Program can be achieved in terms of; giving understanding to the public about the importance of group business, trying to use management principles, as well as understanding of the importance of the touch of technology in business (a combination of traditional and modern ways) so that the durability of rono tapa (grilled anchovies) products lasts longer and longer.
