This research is an experimental - trial and error that aims to identify differences in feed efficiency cassapro and conventional cultivation in Mujair and Nila. This research was held in Medan in September 2012 until March 2013. Result research shows that : there are differences in the level of efficiency of use feed based on fish cassapro Mujair and Nila as follows : feed conversion ratio (FCR) Nila fish cassapro : 5.20; fish Mujair cassapro 4.88; incidence of Nila fish cassapro cost : 94 949; fish Mujair cassapro 89 110; Index gains Nila fish cassapro : 0.21; fish Mujair cassapro 0.22; cassapro Nila growth rate : 6,3 (g/day); fish Mujair cassapro : 4,3 (g/day), there are differences in the level of efficiency of conventional feed on Nila fish and Mujair : feed conversion ratio (FCR) of conventional Nila fish : 17:10 and conventional Mujair 3.11; incidence of Nila conventional cost : 128 267 and 23 328 conventional Mujair fish; conventional Nila fish gains Index : 0,07 and conventional fish Mujair 2.46; Nila fish growth rate conventional : (0,00003) (g/day) and conventional fish Mujair : 6,5 (g/day), there are differences in the level of efficiency of use of feed and feed cassapro conventional fish Mujair as follows : feed conversion ratio (FCR) of fish Mujair cassapro 4 , 88 whereas the conventional fish Mujair 3.11; incidence cassapro Mujair fish costs 89 110; 23 328 whereas conventional Mujair fish ; Index gains 0.22 cassapro Mujair fish while fishing conventional Mujair 2.46 ; Mujair cassapro fish growth rate : 4,3 (g/day) where as conventional Mujair fish : 6,5 (g/day), there are differences in the efficiency of feed utilization and conventional cassapro on Nila fish as follows : feed conversion ratio (FCR) cassapro Nila : Nila fish of 5.20 while the conventional : 17:10; incidence of fish cost Nila cassapro : 94 949 where as conventional Nila : 128 267; Index Nila fish cassapro profit : 0,21 where as conventional Nila fish : 0,07; cassapro Nila growth rate : 6,3 (g/day), while conventional Nila fish : (0,00003) (gr/days).
