Revista de Teorias e Filosofias do Estado

The  Journal of Theories and Philosophies of the state  is a biannual publication published by the Training and Publications Tutor (TUTOR). This journal aims to promote the study of the most relevant issues involving the constitutional jurisdiction both nationally and abroad. Its purpose is to offer Law students an up-to-date view of the main themes of the Constitutional Courts, seeking to bring theory closer to practice. To this end, the journal brings unpublished articles, both national and foreign, with 25% of the articles being sent to each edition by invited authors with significant knowledge of the subject, both nationally and internationally. As for the other items necessarily pass through the system  Double Blind Review , in which the article is evaluated by doctors in law who do the authors, as they are unaware of their evaluators.
