Rechtsidee is a peer-reviewed international law journal published by Faculty of Law Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo two times a year in June, and December. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles, review articles or book review. The articles basically contains any topics concerning Legal Studies and Human Rights in all aspects. Scientific articles dealing with Civil Law, Islamic Law, Indonesian Law, Business Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, International Law, Philoshophy of Law, and Human Rights are particularly welcome. Rechtside is available in print and online version. Language used in this journal is English.
