PARADIGM JOURNAL is an international peer-reviewed Biannually social sciences journal, publishes both theoretical and experimental high quality papers of permanent interest, not previously published in journals, in the field applied social sciences, humanities, educational sciences, Economics and  Administrative Sciences . The journal presents original papers. The primary goal of the journal is to publish high quality papers. The secondary goal of this journal is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry. The journal will assist international academic staff, industrial professionals, graduates and students to publish their research results in a professional peer reviewed journal. Unpublished papers and extended versions of papers presented at international conferences can also be submitted for publication to the journal. Although publication is for free, only quality articles are accepted. PARADIGMJOURNAL maintains a standard double-blind peer review process. The double-blind process means that the identity of the author and the reviewer are not known to each other.
