The Journal of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences is a bimonthly publication belonging to the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Universidad Catolica del Maule, in Chile. Its aim is to contribute to the knowledge that is generated from scientific research. Furthermore, it prioritizes original articles so they can be used as references in university classrooms as well as specialized laboratories for the development of sciences in physical activity in the country and the world. This publication is geared towards professionals in the physical activity area, physical education teachers, physical education pedagogy students, physical trainers, sports technicians and to all of those interested in the field of physical activity and sports sciences.
