Forest Systems

Forest Systems is an international peer-reviewed journal. The main aim of Forest Systems is to integrate multidisciplinary research with forest management in complex systems with different social and ecological background. To fulfil this integrative approach, Forest Systems gives preference to papers that bring together two or more disciplines, organisms, or forest products and services. Studies about all kind of forest systems are welcomed, in particular those that provide a wide variety of wood and non-wood products and ecosystem services such as the forests in regions with a Mediterranean climate. Forest systems covers research findings dealing with all aspects of forestry, such as genetics (including breeding), ecology, silviculture, forest management and policy, and forest products and technology.
